People and Culture Executive

As an HR, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources department by performing a wide range of HR-related tasks and activities. You will work closely with employees, managers, and other HR team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of various HR functions. Your role will encompass recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and more.
This position is responsible for facilitating seamless HR operations, employee engagement, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across Innovior’s 3 geographies, Philippines, India and Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Operations Coordination**:
Serve as a point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
Assist with the administration of HR processes, including onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
Monitor and manage HR-related documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

**Employee Engagement and Communication**:
Support initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment for employees.
Assist in organizing reward & recognition programs,.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Compile HR data and generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, engagement, and training participation.
**Compliance and Legal Considerations**:
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices and policies are in compliance.
Assist in addressing any HR-related compliance issues and collaborating with legal or compliance teams as needed.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and IT, to ensure seamless HR operations.
Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the achievement of broader HR and organizational goals.
**Qualifications-**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of HR-related experience, with exposure to coordination of HR services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems for record-keeping and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
