**Job description**:
At Medhavi Skills University as a Trainer - Organic Cultivator you would be responsible for:

- Train the students to carry out basic tasks in relation to organic cultivation or farming.
- Train them to maintain work safely following health and safety standards.
- Apart from conducting training sessions and laboratory sessions as per guidelines, broad responsibility areas may also include training students to engage in organic cultivation and ways to yield production through organic processes.
- Minimizing student dropouts and maximizing student attendance during the skill programmes and also ensuring student learning outcomes are delivered as per the course design.
- Participate in TOT (Train the trainer) sessions and workshops as organized and arranged by Medhavi Foundation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Will be responsible for training students will take care of Class scheduling.
- Ensure students attend class, engage students in activities.
- Will prepare these students well for technical round of Interview.
- Will have to take other responsibility as and when given.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture. (3 years work experience)
- B.sc in Agriculture. (6 months work experience)

**Job Type**: Contractual for 3 months. Can be extended based on performance.

About Company: - Medhavi Skills University (Sikkim) has been established with the passage of the Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim Act 2021 in the Sikkim State Legislative Assembly on 29th June 2021. MSU aspires to establish a pioneering university model where corporates/ industries shall be the stakeholders and influencers in course curriculum design, program delivery, practical skills training, as well as, for providing on-the-job training / apprenticeship.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
