**Role & Responsibilities undertaken**

1.Leading the skill development initiatives of the organization in the state of Sikkim

2.Ensuring timely implementation of the skill development projects across assigned geographical areas.

3. Contributing to business development for skill development and similar business initiatives of the organization.

4. Meeting with various Educational Officers of the state and discussing the educational level of our Government Schools and how we can improve the quality of education.

5. Training new trainers.

6. Preparing schedule for training to be conducted.

7. Conducting Orientation Programmes for the officers and teachers.

8. Visiting schools and ensuring that new method of teaching are implemented.

9. Collecting innovative ideas of teachers and sharing them with other schools.

**Skills Required**:
**Minimum qualification-** Graduation is required

**Experience-** 3-5yrs in relevant experience in the same field (From Any skill Development Government projects)

**Location-** Sikkim

Should be preferably from Sikkim location only

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gangtok, Sikkim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
