**Overview of the Role**:
We are looking for trainers and faculty with good academic backgrounds with prior experience to join our university. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking classes in both offline and online mode, assisting with the development of course material, delivering presentations, and handling other administrative duties.
- Ph. D/Master’s degree in the field of Management/Data Science/Data Analytics with orientation to Business problem solving and from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in teaching/research/industry after Master’s
- Demonstrated experience in Teaching, Training, or Industry in the relevant field.
- Hands on approach to deal with different Tools, Platforms, Software and Techniques used in the field of Business Analytics

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering course curriculum in the classroom and/or online, which includes ensuring student awareness of course objectives, approach, and evaluation techniques and planning lectures pertaining to core aspects of discipline with industrial relevance.
- Developing e-learning content for the LMS incorporating technology into the learning process.
- Encouraging students to actively participate throughout the class, field activity and job training/apprenticeships.
- Assisting in assessing the skill gaps among students and align interventions for upgradation from time to time.
- Facilitate, evaluate and monitor the student's performance during field

project, awareness program, and On Job Training in the Industry.
- Supporting in establishing/designing labs/workshops and conducting lab sessions in consultation with prestigious Industry / Knowledge Partners, R&D centers.
- Participating in developmental role like brand promotion, resource mobilization, conducting seminars/ workshops, sports, and extracurricular activities, assessing Library requirements, and organizing foundation course
- planning, and other outreach activities.

**Key Competencies**:

- Excellent communication in English.
- Knowledge of the local language of Sikkim is preferable.
- Presentation skills and Good interpersonal skill.

**Location**:
Singtam (East Sikkim)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
