**Experience**: 8+years
**Qualification**: MBA HR/MSW
**Responsibilities**:
- Experience in ensuring smooth running HR process operations along with the introduction of right practices in alignment with business operations.
- **Should be able to Manage Entire garment of HR operations for the zones mapped.**:
- Should be a Strategy architect credited with the implementation of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on organizational growth opportunities in consulting functions.
- Domain expertise in manpower planning & integrated talent management, transformation and development.
- Honed skills in sourcing the best talent from diverse sources along with other corporate HR related functions like on-boarding, induction, onsite inclusivity, advancement planning & communication calendars.
- Should be a Key People Leader, who has successfully led and motivated team towards growth and success in the organization.
- Should be able to create a clear & compelling view of future through coaching and execution.
- Groom the team with technical expertise on various facets as per requirement of the Organisation.
**Sitting location would be WB(Kolkata) / Bihar based on the preference**
**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
