### Job Overview:
### Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives within the Indian market.
- Identify and target potential clients in need of PCB manufacturing services.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in India.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Operations**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships within India.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Account Management**:

- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update clients on new products and services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with clients to ensure continued business.

### Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the PCB manufacturing industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Indian market and business practices.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel as required.

### Application Process:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:
