Job Title: Quality Control Officer

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Control Officer to join our team and ensure the consistent delivery of flawless jewellery pieces to our customers.

Job Summary: As a Quality Control Officer, you will play a crucial role in upholding the quality standards of our jewellery manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and assess the quality of raw materials, components, and finished products. You will collaborate closely with production teams, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders to implement quality control measures, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. With your meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills, you will contribute to enhancing our overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of raw materials, components, and finished jewellery products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistency in product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality-related issues, providing guidance and support in implementing corrective actions.

Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to management and recommending corrective actions.

Work closely with suppliers to assess the quality of incoming materials, resolve quality-related concerns, and establish mutually beneficial relationships.

Conduct training sessions to educate employees on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.

Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and complaints, initiating appropriate investigations and implementing corrective measures.

Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and inspection reports.

Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements related to jewellery manufacturing, and integrate them into quality control processes.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
