Receptionist Admin Executive

**Profile**
**Reception Tasks**
- Greeting and welcoming guests in polite manner and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization.
- Managing visitors of all departments and contractors.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including redirecting phone calls.
**Admin Tasks**
- Overseeing cleanliness and **House Keeping** of office premises as per company’s SOP’s.
- Office maintenance and **required repairing and service** follow-ups.
- Managing stationery and admin requirements of staff.
- Managing stock of Tea/Coffee/refreshments and facilitation to staff for same on time.
- Monitoring and guiding Security Guard deputed at Entrance. (Proper parking to be made)
- Keeping conference room clean and ready for meetings.
- Maintain In-ward/Out-ward of internal and external couriers, distribute the same to respective staff and forward couriers to other sites as per requirements
- Collection / verification & submission of all bills/ expenses related to administration.
- Coordinate and oversee all office operation activities.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English / Hindi & Gujarati.
- Soft spoken and presentable being first point of contact.
- Should have own vehicle and can travel independently whenever required.
- Female preferred.
