**Position: Receptionist/Front Office**
**1. Customer Service**:
- Welcome visitors and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, clients, and the general public courteously and promptly.
**2. Administrative Support**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for efficient document organization and retrieval.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings as needed.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
**3. Reception Area Management**:
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and functionality of the reception area.
**4. Communication and Coordination**:
- Relay messages accurately and promptly to the appropriate person or department.
- Communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
**5. Security and Access Control**:
- Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs for security purposes.
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the safety and security of employees and visitors.
- Follow security protocols and procedures to handle emergency situations effectively.
**6. Technology Proficiency**:
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and printers.
- Learn and adapt to new technology tools and systems as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,861.74 per month
