**Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist**
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Greet Visitors**:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- **Answer and Direct Phone Calls**:
- Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant departments.
- Take and relay messages in a timely manner.
- **Provide Information**:
- Assist visitors and clients with general information.
- Provide information about the organization, such as office hours, location, and services.
- **Manage Front Desk Area**:
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Ensure the reception area is well-presented and conducive to a positive experience.
- **Receive and Sort Mail**:
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for delivery.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- **Booking and Scheduling**:
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
- Manage conference room reservations.
- **Handle Inquiries**:
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information.
- Assist with resolving routine problems or issues.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar industry or organization.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
- Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,803.25 per month
