Telesales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying and attracting new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals. The Sales Executive must have excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide solutions that meet their requirements. They should also be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and target potential customers by researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products or services.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
5. Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers, ensuring that the company's interests are protected while satisfying customer requirements.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company.
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to network with potential customers and promote the company's products or services.
10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-learning.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or selling similar products or services.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and interact effectively with customers.Fresher with good communications also apply.

Job Duties
- Handling corporate customers (B2B)
- Setting clear team goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to the customer requirements, and ensuring all orders
are accurate and delivered on time.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.
- Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customer’s needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Check goods arrived on time
- Make sure to take follow ups for new and existing clients
- Cold calling to existing customers on routine basis repeats fixed business as well as getting the details about new projects & requirements costing,
- Manage Daily Stock of Inventory.
- Keeping record of all the Data using MS Office.
- Worked with Latest Software such as ECRM, OM, PACS to resolve query & complaint of the customer.
- Analyse market objectives, trends and generate new data base.
- Placing advertisements in all related sites and in internet
- Looking towards increasing Number of Client's in Area.
- Be an active listener and understand the customer requirements.
- Actively engaging in the company’s marketing campaigns
- Achieve monthly sales quotas.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
