5. **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to effectively position Design Collection's offerings in the market.
6. **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers and leads using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
**Requirements**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. **Experience**: Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a strong passion for sales and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
3. **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
