**Core Responsibilities**:
1. Partner with global team to ensure timely and quality data to various business finance, operations and technology functions.

2. Build and maintain key relationships and partnerships across various business finance, operations and technology partners globally.

3. Provide timely communications on impacts/deliverables between geographically diverse teams.

4. Oversee 3000+ data feeds in order to gather, process and publish daily reporting to Qlik Dashboards, Cubes, and Data Services. Ensure SLAs are met.

5. Identify, analyze and resolve data quality and processing issues.

6. Identify, analyze and work on various process improvements on a continual basis.

7. Conduct testing of new functional releases aimed at improving the operations cycle.
**Required Qualifications**:

- BS/BA degree. MBA or related Master's Degree is a plus.
- Has worked as people manager and currently have team reporting to him/her.
- 8 + years of experience executing against Production environment Operating Models spanning business lines within the financial services industry to support timely delivery of quality data
- Experienced on proven execution of strategic process and technology initiatives in the context of business and finance goals
- Ability to challenge and adopt a changing business landscape
- Ability to focus on the key issues and drive initiatives to conclusion
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Hadoop platform.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience with Big Data environments.
- Agile development understanding and knowledge on Alteryx, Tableau is a plus.
