Customer Service Representative

If you are a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion in real estate, excellent organizational skills, outbound calling experience, and strong English-speaking skills, then we have an exciting opportunity for you as CR & Admin professional for outbound international calling process with following key responsibilities:
1. REAL ESTATE LISTINGS & CRM UPDATES: Manage and update real estate listings across various platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling property descriptions, high-quality images, and up-to-date information. Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with client details, property data, and relevant notes.
2. LEAD GENERATION & FOLLOWUP: Proactively reach out to prospective leads through outbound calling to generate new business opportunities. Run Follow up on inquiries, schedule property viewings, and assist in the conversion of leads to clients.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATION:
GRADUATE/POST GRAD WITH BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 1 YEARS OF STRONG CALLING EXPERIENCE WITH PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN HANDLING NATIONAL/ INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS.
SKILLS REQUIRED: 1. GOOD COMMAND OVER ENGLISH 2. MULTITASKING 3. QUICK LEARNER 4. RESULT ORIENTED 5. TEAM PLAYER TECHNICAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES: 1. OUTBOUND INTERNATION CALLING SKILLS 2. COORDINATION SKILLS. 3. CLIENT COMMUNICATION. 4. DATA ENTRY & PRESERVATION. 5. MS OFFICE KNOWLEDGE 6. EXCELLENT ENGLISH VERBAL & WRITING SKILLS 2
4. CLIENT COMMUNICATION: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information. Assist in preparing communication materials, including property brochures and marketing collateral. 5. COLLABORATION WITH REAL ESTATE AGENTS: Work closely with real estate agents to gather necessary information for listings and client interactions. Support agents in various administrative tasks to enhance their efficiency.
