**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive for Kimaya Himalayan Beverages, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and increase revenue by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's beer products, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. Additionally, you will provide market feedback to the management team and collaborate closely with the marketing and operations departments to ensure effective sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers, distributors, and business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Actively pursue new accounts, build relationships, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives within assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer service.
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to support product development and improvement efforts.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience of 5-7 years in sales, preferably in the beverage or alcohol industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and address customer needs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 100% travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
