**Job Description: Sales Executive at Pearl Organisation**

**Position Overview**:As a Sales Executive at Pearl Organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. You will work closely with the sales team, collaborating to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:Identify potential clients and industries for targeting based on market research and analysis.
Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their objectives and offering tailored solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Sales Strategy**:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

**Product/Service Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of Pearl Organisation's products/services and their unique value propositions.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's offerings to clients.

**Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services.
Engage in negotiations to close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.

**Sales Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and other relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' business needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and client requirements.

**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
