Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Leading Freight Forwarders (Air and Sea), CHAs, Logistics Service providers, FTWZ, Sea Liners for booking of services: Shipments, logistics and movements.
- Finalize and Execute Rate contracts with forwarders, Liners, booking agents and maintain daily sailing schedules on various routes and daily pricing.
- End to End planning of logístical movements of shipments, track SLA Adherence,
- Prepare and review Import and Export documentation for all shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, import declarations, import licenses, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain HS Code level requirements of documents, document checklist and compliances required for imports in these HS codes.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and specific country regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, and sales, to gather the necessary information and documentation for import transactions.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and other external parties to coordinate the timely and accurate submission of required documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations, including tariffs, customs duties, and sanctions, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Complete ownership in resolving issues related to customs clearance, shipping delays, or documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain clean and accurate records and databases of all export and import documentation, ensuring proper archiving and record-keeping.
- Monitor and track shipments daily to ensure timely delivery and resolve any potential issues or delays.
- Maintain and circulate daily reports of all shipments in transit.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in export/import documentation, customs compliance, or international trade operations.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with various trade agreements, such as Incoterms, Free Trade Agreements, and Harmon

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
