We are looking for a capable and motivated team player to fill the role of the
**Sales Coordinator** located in
**Chennai, India**.

**Your Tasks**:

- communication with national (if necessary international) customers (in writing and by telephone)
- customer service and information of the customers regarding the product portfolio of test probes and test fixture parts
- first level customer support for example on consulting for alternative product solutions
- creation and tracking of quotations
- creation of internal Purchase Orders
- close cooperation with Headquarter
- processing of customer orders and follow up on payments
- coordination of special deliveries at the customers’ requests
- maintain customer portals
- preparing weekly reports (booking and billing)
- processing of complaints

**Your skills**:

- University degree or diploma in mechanical or electronical engineering or similar
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar position
- ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems (preferred SAP)
- ability to work in a team
- high customer focus with ability to empathize with others
- excellent interpersonal skills
- eye for details and ability to work with numbers
- good problem solving skills
- ability to work in a structured manner
- good knowledge in English (oral and written)
