**Job Title: Personal Secretary to Managing Director**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate travel plans including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
3. Organize and prioritize incoming calls, correspondence, and requests for the MD's attention.
4. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
5. Arrange and coordinate personal events, dinners, and engagements as per the MD's requirements.
6. Follow up on personal duties assigned by the MD, ensuring timely completion.
8. Demonstrate focused attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
9. Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
10. Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
11. Maintain a professional manner at all times.
12. Possess driving skills as an added benefit for occasional errands or transportation needs.

**Qualifications**:
1. Any Degree, Male/ Female.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is added advantage
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Focused and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently.
9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
