**Job Overview**
The Role will be responsible to support the business across categories and regions in the US / International markets. The team member will assist the India team in completing a number of key responsibilities such as trade reconciliations and turn-key reporting..

The longer-term vision for this profile is to ultimately support a wide variety of reporting needs including initiating value adds and providing insights by developing a strong category & trade knowledge, proprietary tool proficiency and technical expertise - the role encompasses data mining from multiple sources/tools to data harmonization and a robust quality audit.

Trade True-Up
- Extract data from 3rd party tools like Neilsen, SAP
- Identify patterns of trade invoices and POS\Shipment data
- Reconcile Trade Volume and Dollar using POS\Shipment data
- Update internal trade tool with the reconciled volume
- Work alongside of peers and inculcate best practices and elevate the team’s ability to tackle business questions with value adds
- Display a high sense of accountability and presence of mind when completing requests with high visibility or tight turnaround times

Deliver Standard Reports
- Master and own the monthly deliverables in the form of reports & presentations and send quality output in a timely manner
- Update monthly deliverables based on business requirements and facilitate the larger team create functional, high impact efficient reports
- Support the development of best-in-class reports and tools

Continuous Improvement mindset to deliver Executional Excellence
- Ensure TAT is upheld via awareness on process requirements, meeting benchmark time estimates and through articulate expectation settings with the stakeholder
- Learn to navigate tools/databases such as Nitro/Demand transfer/Retail link, BeX, BO, ECRM, FeatureVision,Nielsen as applicable
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customer details as well as a comprehensive understanding of GMI product groups and DMSP strategies
