Bengaluru Karnataka, India SSquad Global Full time

L1/L1.5 IT Support to be performed remotely.
- Technical Skills: Windows OS, Basic Networking, Imaging/Reimaging, User onboard/offboard, Network Printer Support, O365, ServiceNow, Hardware, Application Support, OEM Coordination, etc.
- Receive and attend to L1 IT Support service-now tickets and do basic remote troubleshooting to identify and diagnose the IT issues and provide resolution for all end-user IT equipment.
- Adhere to the ticket response and resolution agreed upon, and escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support when necessary.
- Categorize incidents and service requests, record reported issues and maintains relevant records of the issue and resolution provided.
- Support problem identification.
- Advise users on appropriate course of action.
- Monitor issues from start to resolution.
- Soft Skills: Good Communication & Attitude, Good in remote support.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in information technology.
