**As the Business Development Executive, you are accountable for developing business for different products of the company in different geographies. We are looking for individuals who will help us grow and get established in the market. Incentives will be provided as well, based on the revenue generated.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet sales goals and quotas while maintaining positive interdepartmental relationships
- Develops business relationships while growing market share in our current and prospective markets
- Establishes clear expectations around activities and outcomes is critical to the department’s success
- Directs and coaches the sales efforts of the Sales Department
- Act as a Relationship Managers to develop and grow client relationships from within and outside the existing customer base
- Prepares and reviews various sales reports
- Generates leads and follows up to closure
- Achieves and exceeds the monthly sales targets
- Identifies and participates in different industry events to generate leads and build network.
- Should be ready to do outdoor sales.
- Develop a good partner network for the company Key

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-5+ years of sales and business development experience
- Prior experience in working in a sales team with a proven track record of success is required
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and quotas for a team or department
- Should have good connects with business leads in the market
- Outdoor sales person preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
