IFM Business Support Coordinator
**What this job involves**:
The IFM coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring that the governance & cadence mechanism for IFM business operations in the region is managed as per established process. This role will need to be familiar with the IFM operational governance process involving various review mechanisms at area / regional levels.
Support regional IFM lead on scheduling and managing various Rhythm of Business (ROB) reviews - both internal as well as with the client
Support regional IFM leadership team on Quarterly Business Reviews (IFM as well as other functions)
Coordinating with all the stakeholders, collate content & details required for various reports (MBRs, QBRs, ROB reviews etc.); review and edit the contents to ensure that the same is in line with Amazon’s established templates and guidelines
Support IFM leadership team on developing and putting together white papers from time to time including collation of data, content review & editing etc.
Support IFM leadership team in the region on various business activities including newsletters, conferences, meetings etc.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in corporate communications, marketing). Skills should include:
Exposure and experience in working with multinational firms
Corporate content writing and editing skills
Good communication skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
