The _**Finance Operations Coordinator **_will perform various accounting and clerical functions. This includes, but is not limited to journal entries, report preparation, customer service, and imaging and research.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Enter, update, and file General Ledger journal entries.
- Perform routine queries facilitating the month end close.
- File and maintain manual invoice records.
- Audit, correct, and post adjustments for daily report of store petty cash transactions.
- Prepare various financial reports.
- Organize and maintain Finance files and records.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Excellent math skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organization.
- One or more years of accounting experience desired.
- General understanding of accounting processes a plus.**Industry and Work Experience**:

- 1+ years of industry experience preferred, or 2+ years’ customer service and team/project management

**Academic**:

- GED or High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malappuram - Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
