- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address financial and regulatory issues.

**4. Cash Management**:

- Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient working capital management.
- Oversee banking relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor compliance with debt covenants.
- Develop strategies for cash investment and manage short-term and long-term financing needs.

**5. Capital Management**:

- Evaluate capital structure and recommend financing options to support business objectives.
- Manage capital expenditure planning and approval processes.
- Assess and optimize the return on investment for various projects and initiatives.

**6. Financial Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

**7. Investor Relations**:

- Communicate with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to articulate the company's financial strategy and performance.
- Participate in earnings calls, conferences, and meetings to address financial matters.

**8. Mergers and Acquisitions**:

- Lead financial due diligence efforts for potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
- Evaluate the financial impact of proposed transactions and provide recommendations to the executive team.

**9. Tax Management**:

- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
