**Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Manage office supplies and inventory.

**Administrative Support**:Provide administrative support to executives and other team members.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

**Communication**:Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners.
Disseminate information to team members as needed.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain and update company records, including employee records, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical.

**Event Coordination**:Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
Ensure all logístical arrangements are in place for successful events.

**Financial Administration**:Assist in financial record-keeping, including processing invoices and expense reports.
Coordinate with the finance department on budget tracking and reporting.

**Human Resources Support**:Assist in HR-related tasks, such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
