**Sous Chef: Roles and ResponsibilitiesRoles**:
- Act as the **second-in-command** in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef.
- **Lead and manage** the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence.
- Ensure **quality and consistency** in all food preparation and presentation.
- Handle **inventory, ordering, and operational management** of the kitchen.
**Responsibilities**:
**Kitchen Operations**:
- Oversee daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff schedules and daily tasks.
**Food Quality and Preparation**:
- Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's taste, quality, and presentation standards.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking when needed.
**Team Leadership**:
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and efficient work environment.
**Inventory Management**:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely food and supply ordering.
- Reduce waste by maintaining accurate inventory.
**Health & Safety Compliance**:
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards in line with health codes.
**Menu Planning**:
- Assist the Head Chef in designing and updating menus based on trends and customer demand.
**Customer Service**:
- Address customer concerns or dietary needs professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality food and service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
