**Position Overview**
**Responsibilities**
❖ Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and insights for campaign optimization.
Set clear goals and KPIs for digital marketing efforts and monitor performance to ensure effective results.
❖ Social Media Management
Manage and optimize social media accounts across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and driving audience engagement.
Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to increase followers, reach, and brand awareness
❖ Ad Campaigns:
Develop and manage paid digital advertising campaigns, such as Google
Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign budgets, analyze data, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommendations for improvement.
❖ Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct SEO audits and keyword research to optimize website content and structure for improved organic search rankings.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO.
Monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement SEO best practices.
❖ Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign insights, and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital marketing and implement relevant strategies.
❖ Collaboration and Team Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.
Manage and lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with social media management, paid campaigns, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads,
Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative mindset and the ability to develop engaging and compelling digital marketing content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
