Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Support**:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Ensure all logístical aspects are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
**- Communication Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, ensuring all communication is clear and professional.
**- Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize and prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and track action items to ensure follow-up.
- Ensure the Founder is fully briefed and prepared for all meetings.
**- Confidentiality**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
**- Office Management**:
- Oversee the office environment, ensuring it runs smoothly and remains organized.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
**- Decision-Making and Coordination**:
- Take quick and effective decisions to support daily operations.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in daily tasks.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Smart, quick to make decisions, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
