**Job Description**:
Program Coordinator, Enablement & Productivity (E&P) serves the entire Enablement team and reports to the Associate Director, Enablement & Productivity Operations. You’ll be working closely with the Enablement & Productivity team to ensure the operations behind our onboarding and best practice programs are world-class. You’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence are both top of mind and achieved.
Your Responsibilities- Scheduling and calendar management for all onboarding and best practice calls.- Manage the team inbox and projects related to its usage.- Change management and process documentation.- Proactively identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.- Partnering with internal partners to improve internal processes, systems and tools.
Your Qualifications- 5+ years of experience with project management, program coordination, documentation or other related experience.- “Fix it, don’t complain” attitude that shows you’re a team player and will “never, ever give up.”- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.- Business level English language proficiency.- Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.- Experienced in solving problems with any resources available.- Experience with Microsoft Scheduling tools
