Roles and Responsibilities

1 - Attend tokens for Demand, General queries like time extension, changes in payment plan, correspondence address & number etc., updated demands, cancellation, payment updating, clearance of interest for NOC.

2- Support customers with the processes way forward and inform them timely of any updates in their purchases

3 -Coordinate with legal in case of documentation required for any name change in existing allotment to support customer request.

4- Follow-up with backend / respective department

5- Meet customers and support in issuance of NOC post proper documentation.

6- Check documentation required for possession and get the same signed by the customer

7- Check and coordinate to initiate Compulsory Maintenance and penalty for different project.

8- Help resolve parking related issues with customers by getting solutions from planning

9- Take customer request in between no dues & possession (Like offers etc.) and provide appropriate response post discussion with respective authority.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹350,000.00 per year
