Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:

- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Design and implement sales plans to promote Inland India’s properties.
- Engage in direct sales efforts with high-value clients and ensure deal closure.

2. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Address customer queries and provide end-to-end assistance in property transactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

4. Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitive offerings.
- Provide insights on pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events.

5. Reporting and Coordination:

- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
