What is the Trustee Dedicated office team responsible for?- This is a dynamic growing team. Which will be responsible for developing, executing, and reporting on the oversight framework as per SEBI requirements on behalf of the Trustee Company.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Trustee Dedicated Officer?- Track compliance of the regulatory obligations/ responsibilities of the Trustees- Liaise with the Trustee auditors, work closely with them.- Review the reports that are submitted to the Trustees (regular reports or included in the board pack)- Work closely with the India AMC Compliance team- Summarize and/ or highlight exceptions of the various reporting to the Boards.- Track action items and the matters which are circulated for Board approval.

In the mid-long term, this team could be working on global/ regional projects within the Regulatory Compliance team partnering with compliance teams in various countries and working with the Regulatory Compliance Monitoring Team (RCMT) on monitoring reviews/ projects related to our global offices / business.
- Qualifications/Requirements:_- Qualification & experience - CA/ ICWA/ CA/ LLB (any 1 degree); 6-8 years’ experience in finance or financial related fields- Superior working knowledge of local regulatory framework, regulatory examination process and applicable rules and regulations.- Decent understanding and experience of regulations pertaining to global asset management business. Knowledge of US / EU / APAC regulatory environment is a bonus.- Understanding of the activities of asset management business lines and associated compliance risks.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to engage with senior FT staff within business units.- Excellent written communication skills - ability to communicate complex regulatory issues in writing.- Previous experience of Compliance Monitoring, Internal Audit reviews is highly desirable.- Organisational, planning, interpersonal, supervisory, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and team building skills, flexible and agile approach.- Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines.- Skills in data analytics, forensic testing would be a plus
