**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements locally and internationally.
- Facilitate office operations such as procuring & maintaining office supplies, managing vendors.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.

We are looking for:

- Experience as an office admin, office assistant, or any relevant role.
- Outstanding organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
