**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Research and analyze sales options
- Establish and maintain client and prospect relationships
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors, suggesting improvements or new products
- Collect and analyze data, prepare sales reports
- Attend workshops to enhance skills
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet potential clients to understand their needs

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pump industry (B2C/B2B)
- Bachelor's degree / MBA / B.Tech
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of marketing techniques
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Passionate about sales
- Adaptability and thrive in a competitive environment
- Ability to establish new dealer relationships
