**Job Overview**:The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for making daily calls to a database of potential customers, using LinkedIn mail for communication. The role involves understanding customer needs, qualifying leads, and passing them on for closure of sales, to a Sales Executive.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Making daily outbound calls to potential customers from our database.
- Using LinkedIn mail as a primary mode of communication with customers.
- Understanding and identifying customer needs to qualify sales opportunities.
- Passing qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database regularly.
- Keeping up with product information and updates.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and LinkedIn mail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
