**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- **Customer Service**:
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Respond to inquiries about services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist clients with basic information about their insurance plans and claims processes.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients with TPA staff.
- Maintain and update the appointment calendar.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, forms, and correspondence.
- Support the claims processing team with administrative tasks as needed.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
