**Metal Craft Studio** - Metal Craft Studio (MCS), a Narela Delhi-based company, Provides high-quality metal job work services to those who manufacture Home wardrobes & Kitchens, Metal Furniture and interior, Automobiles Parts, Lift & Elevators, Electricity Panels and Medical equipment within Delhi-NCR. MCS is also a prominent manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel Decorative Profiles (Inlays) & PVD Coated SS Sheets etc with PAN India presence. We are one of the few businesses in Delhi with a CNC laser cutting system that can design and cut various metals, including brass, copper, zinc, and aluminium, with a bed size of up to 2*4 metres.

**Position: Customer Coordinator**

Experience Level**:Minimum 5 years of experience**

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

3. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.

4. Assist customers in resolving issues by troubleshooting problems, identifying solutions, and escalating matters to appropriate departments when necessary.

5. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction by building and maintaining positive relationships, effectively managing customer expectations, and following up on customer feedback.

7. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective problem resolution.

8. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using designated CRM systems.

9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and suggestions for business growth.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related roles.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

6. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

7. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

9. Knowledge of industry best practices and customer service principles.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
