- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship. - Provide technical support to customers, resolving technical issues - Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner. - Provide guidance to fellow employees and track employee performance - Identifying and resolving any urgent customer service queries - Developing and implementing monthly/yearly departmental goals - Maintaining and updating client database. - Take an active role in company. - Perform other duties as assigned.
