**Business Development Manager
- IT Staffing**

**We are hiring for Business Development Manager for IT Staffing.**

**Experience - 2 + yrs Location - Pune (Kharadi -Onsite)**

**Position Overview**: As a Business Development Manager for IT Staffing, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the company by expanding client relationships and driving revenue within the IT staffing industry. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop business strategies, and foster strong partnerships to achieve sales targets and drive business expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and acquire new clients in the IT staffing industry.

2. Identify potential clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and industry research.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.

4. Understand client requirements, challenges, and staffing... needs to provide customized solutions. 5. Collaborate with the team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs.

6. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

7. Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and ensure consistent performance.

8. Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market feedback to develop and refine sales strategies.

9. Collaborate with internal teams such as recruiters, account managers, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
1. Proven experience and success in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.

2. Strong knowledge of the IT staffing market, including industry trends, technologies, and talent requirements.

4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

6. Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
