**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at Radiant IT Services pvt ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect and Generate Leads**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- **Build and Maintain Client Relationships**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and challenges.
- **Collaborate with Team**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to sales efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with [industry] and understanding of customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
