**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Sales Executive to join our team at StayBird - Hotels And Apartments. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Pune, requiring a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience in a similar role. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our Service Apartments and Business Hotels through excellent customer service and strategic sales techniques.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of work experience in a hotel sales or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable sales deals
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Experience in planning and executing sales strategies
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and market trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and target potential corporate clients and partners
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management

Pay: ₹9,402.13 - ₹28,000.00 per month
