Hotel Executive

**Profile Introduction**:
The Hotel Executive will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments function smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional customer service skills to maintain high standards and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily operations across all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff. Develop schedules, conduct performance reviews, and ensure team members adhere to company policies and standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels, address complaints or issues promptly, and ensure a high-quality experience for all guests.
- Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies for increasing occupancy rates and revenue. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- About 1-3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
