Import CHA Documentation - Job Responsibilities

1. Should have good knowledge of custom tariff.

2. Handling Air & Sea documentation of import related to custom clearance.

3. Prepare all pre & post document of import custom clearance documents like, as preparation

of checklist, online filling of bill of entry, passing bill of entry on Ice gate.

4. Preparing for E- Sanchit procedure on Ice gate.

5. Follow up with shipping line taking arrival details, IGM/ ITEM, shipping line charges etc.

6. Arrange documents & payment for Delivery order (D/O) & process for D/O.

7. Calculate & process taxes & duties.

8. Follow up with CFS for arrival of container in CFS.

9. Update all records related to import documentation.

10. Send the documents to field staff for custom clearance.

11. Co-ordinate with dock person related to import documentation.

12. Co-ordination with shipping line / CFS, scrutiny of the documents.

13. Send updated DSR to management on daily basis.

14. Maintain MIS report of all shipments & send it to client on day-to-day basis.

15. Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to time.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
