The **Client Relationship Executive** is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth. They act as the primary point of contact for clients and are responsible for addressing client concerns and needs. The Client Relationship Executive collaborates with internal teams to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and is responsible for identifying opportunities to grow the business with existing clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement
- Should have excellent **written and communication** skills in English and Malayalam
- Should also have **Google workspace knowledge**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
