Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate software solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products and services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT software industry, with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the IT software market, including knowledge of software development and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
