Back Office Executive

Data Entry: Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the organization's database or management system.
- Documentation: Managing and organizing various documents such as invoices, contracts, reports, and other records.
- Record Maintenance: Ensuring the integrity and security of all back office data and records.
- Administrative Support: Assisting the management team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of office supplies and ensuring that necessary items are stocked.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field pre
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative or back office capacity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
