This role involves handling customer communication, preparing and sending quotations, updating CRM data, coordinating orders and dispatches, and supporting distributors and dealers. You will also work on strategies to enhance sales and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Expected Result**
- To ensure all sales-related activities are managed efficiently, leading to increased customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
- To maintain precise records in the CRM and other systems, which are crucial for tracking sales and customer interactions.
- To enhance customer experience while submitting an inquiry, sharing quotations and till completing orders.
- **Back Office Work**:

- **Customer Communication**:

- Attend calls from Incoming new inquiry, direct client calls, and follow-up calls.

To Provide timely and effective communication with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
- **Quotation Preparation**:

- Prepare and send quotations to customers based on inquiries and follow-ups.

To Ensure that customers receive accurate and timely quotes, supporting the sales process.
- **CRM Data Updates**:

- Update data in CRM daily with accuracy and work remarks.

To Keep customer records up-to-date, supporting effective sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- **Quotation and Lead Data Management**:

- Update the Quotation Analysis Sheet and Lead Data Sheet daily.

To Ensure accurate tracking of sales opportunities and performance, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- **Follow-Up Sales**:

- Conduct follow-up sales activities based on the Quotation Analysis Sheet and follow up structure.

Enhances conversion rates and boosts sales by ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- **Order Coordination**:

- Coordinate orders, ensuring they are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Supports smooth order fulfillment, increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Dispatch Coordination**:

- Coordinate the dispatch process, ensuring timely delivery of products.

Ensures products reach customers on time, maintaining a high level of service.
- **Payment Coordination**:

- Follow up on payments, ensuring timely delivery.

Improves timely order planning.
- **After-Sales Service**:

- Coordinate after-sale services, including product issues, installation, and customer satisfaction.

Maintains customer loyalty by addressing post-sale concerns effectively.
- **Fresh Outreach**:
Generates new sales opportunities and strengthens relationships with existing customers.

**Executive Office Work**:

- **Resellers Search**:

- Find potential Resellers online through research and analysis.

Expands the Resellersnetwork, increasing market reach and sales potential.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers.

Strengthens the company’s market position by fostering long-term partnerships.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
