**Placement Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Coordinate placement activities such as campus interviews, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
- Match students with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, interests, and career aspirations.
- Provide guidance to students on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional networking.

**Training Program Management**:

- Identify areas for skill development and design training programs to enhance students' employability.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop curriculum-aligned training modules focusing on technical, soft, and professional skills.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures featuring industry experts to impart practical knowledge and insights.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance assessments.

**Career Counseling and Guidance**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Provide personalized guidance on career planning, job search strategies, and skill enhancement opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and emerging career pathways to offer relevant advice to students.

**Industry Engagement**:

- Act as a liaison between the institute and corporate organizations to foster collaborations and partnership opportunities.
- Organize industry visits, internships, and networking events to facilitate students' exposure to real-world work environments.
- Solicit feedback from employers on the performance of placed students and incorporate suggestions for continuous improvement.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of placement activities, student profiles, and employer interactions.
- Generate reports on placement statistics, trends, and outcomes for internal analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies related to placement activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline). Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, career counseling, or related fields, preferably in an educational or training setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry trends, job market dynamics, and career development strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
