This is regarding opening with a leading Bank/ NBFC as a Company Secretary
Designation: Assistant Manager Company Secretary
Experience: (Fresher or 1 year experience)
Education: CS mandatory
Location: Mumbai
Job Role:
Answering to the chairman and keeping the board informed on a regular basis - Creating agendas, documents, and follow-ups on relevant actions for the board, committee, and annual general meetings (AGMs) - Calling and holding AGMs, documenting the proceedings, creating resolutions, and sending pertinent documents and annual reports to the appropriate departments
Providing advice on legal, financial, and strategic issues both during and outside of meetings -Ensuring that the committee approves any changes to laws, rules, or policies that may have an influence on the organization
Keeping all relevant records, such as director, secretary and member registrations
Writing, communicating, gathering information, preparing reports, and alerting important parties to choices
Liaising with external advisors and regulators, such as lawyers and auditors putting policies or management frameworks into place to guarantee efficient organization administration
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
